I love making lists, there is just something about making lists that help me gather my thoughts and help me to remember my daily tasks. I typically make my lists in the morning so that when I go about my day I can check off my tasks and goals. Completing lists gives me a sense of accomplishment, there is nothing like kicking your feet up at 12 PM knowing you have accomplished everything on your list.
I tend to be forgetful, especially when there is a-lot going on. It’s amazing how sometimes I will even forget my list but because I wrote it down I can remember almost everything on it. Experts do say that writing by hand actually helps to improve your memory, the Lord knows I need to improve mine so handwritten lists are the best.
I make a list for everything, groceries, bills, events even cleaning. My favorite lists, are my cleaning lists. It helps me and everyone in the house stay on top of keeping the house clean. Cleaning lists helps everyone get involved even the hubby and kiddos.
I have two types of cleaning lists, one for daily cleaning and the other for weekly cleaning. Somethings do not need to be cleaned everyday but should be cleaned at least once a week. Most weeks I choose to complete my weekly cleaning list on Saturdays but that varies.
I will list my cleaning list below and post them. Feel free to print, copy and modify it for yourself. I like to print out my lists and place it into a plastic protective sleeve so that I can use a dry erase marker to check off each task.
